These terms apply whenever you order from Aduk Food & Spices ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
"Aduk Food & Spices" is the trading name of Rofiat Usman, a sole trader operating in the UK, selling West African foodstuffs and spice blends. Contact us at adukfoodandspices@gmail.com or +44 7307 119516.
We aim for product photos and descriptions to be as accurate as possible, but natural variation in food products means colour, size, or packaging may differ slightly from what's shown. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy — we'll confirm your order once payment is successfully processed. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock), in which case you'll be refunded in full.
We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier used and are estimates, not guarantees. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll look into it.
Due to the nature of our food products, we don't accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adukfoodandspices@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Eligible claims will be reviewed and a replacement or refund provided where appropriate.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens during preparation. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering to check ingredient and allergen details for the specific products you're interested in.
We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your order, except where that liability cannot be excluded under UK law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
