When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and delivery address
• Order details — items purchased, quantities, and amounts paid
• Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. — we do not see or store your full card details

If you contact us directly by email or through our contact form, we'll also have whatever information you choose to share in that message.

3. How we use your information

• To process and dispatch your order
• To contact you about your order (confirmations, delivery updates, issues)
• To respond to questions or support requests you send us
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site:

• Stripe — processes payments securely. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your card details.
• Supabase — securely stores order and product information on our behalf.

These providers only access your data as needed to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site stores your shopping basket in your browser's local storage so it's still there if you refresh the page. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you check out. We don't currently use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our legal and tax obligations (typically up to 6 years in the UK), after which they're deleted.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons
• Object to how we use your information
